A primary concern for field service companies and their clients, particularly property managers, is the limited visibility regarding the status of tasks performed at remote locations. Service providers often lack clarity on when tasks will be completed, and property managers frequently receive no updates upon task completion. This issue is exacerbated for services like snow removal or landscaping, where property managers may not be on-site during service execution. Consequently, both parties find themselves making frequent phone calls to confirm service status or schedule future tasks.
